By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

■ About our products

• Colors may look slightly different from the actual item depending on the lighting at the photo shoot and your screen settings.
  
• Samples are used for photography, so specifications, finishing and measurements may differ slightly from the final product.
  
• Due to the production process, a thread of a different color may occasionally be mixed in. This is not a defect. Thank you for your understanding.
  

■ Shipping fee

• Within Japan: ¥800 flat rate (tax included)
  
• Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more (tax included).
  
• Additional relay fees may apply for some remote islands and areas.
• International customers: please order through Buyee. Buyee's international shipping fees apply.

■ Shipping schedule

Regular items ship within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
* We are closed on weekends, Japanese public holidays, the New Year period and long holiday weeks.

* Pre-order and made-to-order items ship according to the schedule shown on the product page or at checkout.

* If you order several items together, the whole order ships when the item with the latest shipping date is ready.

* Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Orders are shipped mainly by Sagawa Express; depending on the item and region we may use Yamato Transport or Japan Post (carrier selection is not available).

The following payment methods are available.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

■ Paidy (pay later)

A Japanese pay-later service that only requires an email address and a mobile phone number.

Your purchases for the month are billed together the following month (convenience store, bank transfer or direct debit).

* Subject to Paidy's approval.

■ Mobile payments

PayPay, Merpay and Rakuten Pay are accepted.

■ International customers

Orders from outside Japan are placed through Buyee, and the payment methods offered by Buyee apply.

* Payment is finalized when the order is confirmed. Credit card charges are made according to your card issuer's schedule.

■ Defective or incorrect items

We will respond promptly if your item has a flaw or defect, or if you received an item different from what you ordered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email (info@pomiii.net) or through the CONTACT form, with photos showing the defect.

* Return and re-shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by us.

After confirmation, we will exchange the item for the same product. If replacement stock is not available, we will accept the return and issue a refund.

Exchanges and returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• Items that have been worn or used, or whose tags or packaging have been lost or discarded
  
• Items with perfume, tobacco or other odors, or with stains
  
• Items returned without prior notice
  

■ Returns for customer reasons

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "not what I expected", "wrong size" or "ordered by mistake". Please check the size, material and other details on the product page carefully before ordering.
  
• Sale items, pre-order items and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

■ Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Due to their nature, pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

■ Extended absence / incorrect address

• If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address (missing street number, building name, room number, etc.), extended absence, or expiry of the carrier's storage period, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
  
• To have the parcel re-shipped, please contact us with the correct address. We will ship again once the re-shipping fee has been paid.
  
• If the name on your order differs from the name on your mailbox or door, the carrier may not be able to leave a delivery notice.
  

■ Refusal of delivery

• Refusing delivery of an order is strictly prohibited.
  
• If delivery is refused, we will charge the round-trip shipping cost (outbound and return).
  
• In cases of malicious refusal, or repeated extended absence or incorrect addresses, we may decline future orders.

■ Orders placed through Buyee

If you ordered through Buyee, please contact Buyee customer support first.

• Business hours: weekdays 10:00–18:00 JST (closed on weekends, Japanese public holidays, the New Year period and long holiday weeks)
  
• Please contact us by email (info@pomiii.net) or through the CONTACT form. We do not accept inquiries by phone.
  
• Inquiries are answered in the order received.
  
• Please allow 2–3 business days for a reply.
  
• Our emails are sent from "info@pomiii.net". They may be filtered into your spam folder, so please check your settings.
• If you ordered through Buyee, please contact Buyee customer support for questions about payment, shipping or delivery.

■ Receipts
・Receipts are issued as PDF files.
・To request one, please contact us by email or through the CONTACT form with your order number.
・You may specify the name on the receipt.
・Receipts are issued after the order has shipped.

■ International shipping
・We ship within Japan only. International customers can order through our overseas shopping partner "Buyee" (a "Buy with Buyee" button appears on product pages when you visit from outside Japan).

■ Gift wrapping
・Items are shipped in simple, eco-friendly packaging. Gift wrapping is not currently available.
