Shipping policy

Shipping area
We ship within Japan only.
International customers: please order through Buyee, our official overseas shopping partner. When you visit our site from outside Japan, a "Buy with Buyee" button appears on each product page. Buyee handles international payment, shipping, customs and customer support for your order.

Carrier
Orders are shipped mainly by Sagawa Express. Depending on the item, region and order status, we may ship via Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
Carrier selection is not available.

Processing time
Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-order and made-to-order items ship at the time indicated on the product page or at checkout.
We are closed on weekends, Japanese public holidays, the New Year period and long holiday weeks.

Shipping fee (within Japan)
¥800 flat rate (tax included)
Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more (tax included).
Additional relay fees may apply for some remote islands and areas.

Shipping confirmation
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
・Incomplete or incorrect address (missing street number, building name, room number, etc.)
・Extended absence
・Return by the carrier after the storage period expired
To have the parcel re-shipped, please contact us with the correct address. We will ship again once the re-shipping fee has been paid.

Packaging
To reduce waste, items are shipped in simple, eco-friendly packaging. Gift wrapping is not currently available.

Other
Deliveries may be delayed by weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, system failures or seasonal peaks. Thank you for your understanding.
