Cancellation policy for pre-order and made-to-order items

Due to the nature of these items, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in limited cases.

■ Pre-order items
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock or are scheduled to arrive, and are ordered before arrival.
・Payment is finalized at the time of ordering.
・Items ship in order as soon as they arrive.
・The shipping schedule is shown on the product page or at checkout. It may change depending on production and transport conditions.

Cancellation & refunds
・Due to the nature of pre-order items, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
・Returns and refunds after shipping are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

■ Made-to-order items
Made-to-order items are produced or arranged after your order is placed.
・Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed, so payment is finalized at the time of ordering.
・Shipping takes longer than for regular items.

Cancellation & refunds
・Due to the nature of made-to-order items, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted once the order is confirmed.
・Returns and refunds for customer reasons cannot be accepted.
・Returns or exchanges are accepted only for initial defects or damage in transit.
